| This photo journal is part two
in a four part series, which will document all the hard work that the
		staff assistants do. |

Each week, the staff assistants get a
schedule. For Team A, such tasks like changeover, water, evening
programs, life guarding, and sports are on their schedules. But what
does it all mean? Hopefully, this web photo journal will give you
		answers. |

		| This reporter's day with Team A began
early in the morning. As other campers were munching on their
breakfasts, Team A was on the move. (As shown by the empty seats at the
		staff assistant table.) |

		| First, this reporter followed Lauren and
Zack as they helped set up sports. |

		|   |
		Probably one of the more
strenuous staff assistant jobs, setting up sports requires quick work in
a short amount of time. |

		| Their first stop was to the
sports shed, where various bags of sports equipment lay. |

		|   |
In order to lug the heavy
softball equipment to the field in an efficient manner, a flat bed was
		used. |

		| Zack took this as an opportunity
to rest his tired body. |

		|   |
		Setting up archery came next.
First, the stands were set in place... |

		| and then the actual archery
targets themselves were propped into place. |

		Finally, the gladiator equipment
was brought over to the gladiator court. Throughout the morning, other
sports were set up. This reporter is a busy guy though! He had other
Team A members to follow.   |

		| One of the other strenuous tasks
of Team A is filling the very heavy ten gallon water coolers, which are
		located throughout campus. |

		|   |
		Filling the water coolers
requires a spigot key in order to get water from the various spigots
		located around Blair. |

Long boards are used to easily
		transport the jugs. |

		After the hard work of
transporting the jugs, high fives are deserved. |

		| Another Team A responsibility is
life guarding. Keeping campers safe in the pool and enforcing rules is
key to running camp smoothly. |

		| Life guards also check chlorine
levels in the pool and put the lane lines where they need to be. |

		|   |

		Helping out with evening
programs/ special activities is also key to the work of Team A. Here is
Zack prepping for Super Mario Day! |

		| At changeover, Team A staff
assistants help direct campers where to go. They also bring campers
places such as the nurse if needed. |

		|   |
Lastly, after a member of Team A
is done with their required work, they look to this sign hanging on the
wall of the staff assistant office for guidance. |

		| Work must get done, and Team A
is up to the challenge! Great job! |
