| An ordinary parking lot during the school
year turns into CK's very own Skate Park for the 8 weeks of summer! This
activity has been around for quite awhile now but still a favorite
		amongst adventurous campers. |

Before heading off to the skate park filled with ramps, railings, and
such, a stop at the back vestibule of Annie Hall was necessary to get
equipted with the proper saftey requirements: a helmet and  elbow,
		wrist, and knee pads.

After, it was time to start "shreddin' the gnar" as fellow staff
assistant and skate boarding fanatic, Russ, likes to put it. He decided
to join me for my morning at the skate park and explained what this
statement means. In case you aren't up to date with your skate boarding
lingo like me, this simply means to be awesome! |

		For those who have never
skateboarded before, the counselors are there to give all of the helpful
hints one could need to get started. They also serve as useful resources
to help those who want to improve their skills. |
